Sales taxes are based on the final destination of the order and are only charged on orders destined within Canada.

You will receive communication from blurr within 24 hours of placing your order and we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. The exceptions are orders received between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening which will be handled Monday.

We ship via Expedited Canada Post or Fedex Ground at our discretion. Delivery time within Canada is usually 3 to 10 days from the time the order ships. Orders shipping to destinations outside of Canada may require up to four weeks.

For order shipping within Canada, we assign a flat shipping rate of $10 to orders less than $100 and $15 for orders of more than $100. For orders destined outside of Canada we aim to honour these flat shipping rates but reserve the right to increase depending on the destination. You will be notified if we have to deviate from these rates and are free to cancel your order should you wish. Please note that this shipping charge does not include any taxes, tariffs or duties that may or may not be applied to international orders (see below).

Please contact info@blurrstuff.com for orders destined outside Canada or USA. The shipping charges are often prohibitive but we will gladly explore options with you.

Shipping to the USA: We aim to ship all orders destined for USA addresses from our USA warehouse to eliminate duty charges but it is not always possible. We do not charge Canadian taxes on orders destined for the USA.

If your item is not available in our USA warehouse, we will consult with you and pursue shipping from our Canadian warehouse should you wish. If we go this route, you will be responsible for any duties, customs fees, taxes etc that may be applied on entry into the USA.

Duties, customs fees, taxes etc are due on receipt of your package. Should you refuse to pay these charges, the package will be returned to blurr and costs will be incurred. Should this happen, we will refund you the cost of your order less the original shipping amount and the amount we are charged to return the product to blurr. This includes any shipping charges and additional fees.

Unfortunately we are not able to estimate the cost of any Duties and Customs fees. Please contact you local Customs office for more information.

blurr products are made using the highest quality materials, and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. We understand, however, that shopping on the Internet can sometimes result in a purchase that in some way does not meet your expectations. Our Return Policy ensures your satisfaction.

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please return it to us for credit and place a new order for the item that you need.

• Please email info@blurrstuff.com to receive a Return Authorization number and the shipping address for the return.
• All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
• The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount when the product is received by us. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card statement.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition unless a manufacturing defect claim is being made.
• Shipping charges may be refunded only in the event of a manufacturing defect, or if there is an error made in the fulfillment of your order. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred to return the product to blurr warehouse from where it was shipped.
• Products purchased from one of our retailers should be returned to the original store location. blurr will not accept direct returns from consumers who have purchased products from a blurr authorized dealer.

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars.

You agree to pay all charges due for your order prior to shipping with the exception of International duties and taxes which are only assigned when the order passes through customs. Should you refuse to pay duties and taxes associated with international shipping, blurr will credit you for the amount of the order less the original shipping cost and the costs we are billed for the return of the order.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

We make every effort to deliver items quickly, however we are not responsible for delays caused by the third party delivery service.

We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses or increase the shipping charges in consultation with you.
