B-Unit update – Canadians on fire in the Red (not literally)
Mike Doyle, Audrey,
B-Unit members Sean McColl and JJ Mah and six of their closest friends
were recently in Kentucky on a 4x4 vacation. While there, they
proved that not only is the Suzuki Fonteza an off road machine,
it’s also a people mover. On their rest days from four
wheelin’, the crew managed to fit in some climbing and racked up
some impressive accomplishments. Sean managed a .14b flash and .13d
onsight and quick send of Lucifer (.14c) and Mike made his foray into
the world of .14c with a tick of “Fifty Words for
Pump”. Details of Mike and Sean’s accomplishments can
be found on the Gripped website http://www.gripped.com/breakingnews/index.html and a more personal, first person account on Mike’s website http://www.mikedoyle.ca/index.sht.
Mike’s website
includes details of Audrey’s birthday party -- “For her
birthday cake I bought a chocolate fudge cake which JJ and Marshal
decorated at the store. Those boys sure are artists... and for some
reason Marshal thought the cake should say "Dominate Audrey", as
opposed to "Happy Birthday Audrey". Thanks Marshal.” and their
smore making epic – “We were going to have smores but for
some reason I bought graham cracker bees (little tiny bees) instead of
regular graham crackers, not really able to make smores with
those.”
